Commissions; Having discussed and agreed to undertake a commission, a minimal fee for expenses including initial sketches will be payable to the artist. The main quotation to be agreed before hand will not be payable until the client accepts the finished work. Due to the additional time and effort that these require, the number of commissions that the artist accepts is kept to a minimum.
